The travel agency either forgot or submitted documents for a visa to the Spanish embassy late and the day before the expected departure reported that there was no visa. At the same time, the travel agency could not present documents confirming the payment of the visa fee and the signature of the embassy specialist that the documents for the visa had been submitted. The trip was canceled and so far (more than 1 month has passed) the money for the tour has not been returned. Every time they postpone the return of money, and now they don’t even answer phone calls.
