For the first time we decided to go on vacation, resorting to the help of a tour operator. Our friends gave us the contacts of the manager Svetlana Viktorovna. Previously, we contacted her by phone and explained where we were going to go and by what criteria we would like to choose a hotel. She provided us with a huge number of options online, we could not choose one of them, because all the options were very good both in quality and in price. Having chosen several options, we went to the travel agency, where they told us in detail about each chosen hotel, described all the "+" and "-", talked about the rooms, meals, gave recommendations on the excursion program. After some time, we still decided on the hotel. Svetlana monitored prices and we managed to buy a tour at the best price, as a nice bonus was a discount from a travel agency. We were reminded the day before departure what documents we should take, what not to forget. I was also interested in how the flight went, the settlement. Upon arrival back - whether we had a good rest and whether everything was fine.
