Unsuccessful vacation under the program 'Pearl Necklace of the Caucasus'

Good afternoon!

We went by bus tour from your organization for the November holidays. Emotions were not at all positive. I don't like to write bad reviews, but it's just impossible to remain silent here.

1. A comfortable bus was declared for the trip. In fact, an old bus without a hint of comfort was put on a long-distance route (GOLDEN DRAGON 449:

* not reclining chairs;

* non-working air conditioner (cold or hot mode. Hot air blew through the legs the entire route, there was nothing to breathe in the cabin, people became ill, not to mention that it was impossible to sleep);

* poorly functioning microphone (the bus tour included excursion service, which was included in the price of the ticket. Our seats were located at the end of the bus and absolutely nothing from the program was heard due to the microphone not working well)

* the bus smoked during a trip to the Elbrus region. CARBON MONOXIDE went into the cabin. I don't even know what to call it!

People ran to the doors as the bus moved. There's not even an extra. comments.

2. Lack of organization on the part of the accompanying person - Natalya Dmitrievna. Despite the fact that the guide declared his work experience of 30 years, she did not manage to organize the group competently.

- On the first day, part of the group was left without lunch due to an incorrectly planned schedule.

- On the last day, on the contrary, the guide could not determine where the group to eat: in fact, they gave time to eat at the waterfalls, and then immediately in the city (the rest of the group).

As a result, the whole day was spent eating and 40 MINUTES were left to explore Kislovodsk.

3. One driver. Our driver was on the road all night and then drove the group around the city all day. As far as I know, it is mandatory for the driver to rest after a night trip. Lack of sleep is dangerous both for the driver himself and for the group, which included 41 people.

Instead of changing drivers, we were forced to wait on the street between stops in the city. It was impossible to enter the salon, everyone was waiting for the driver to rest. This is just nonsense, this is the first time I've encountered this.

We were satisfied with the beauty of the places we visited, special thanks to the invited guides from Pyatigorsk and Kislovodsk, it’s a pity that we didn’t manage to see the city itself. I liked the Beshtau hotel where we stayed.

Everything else leaves much to be desired. It's a pity the money wasted. Excursion service on the way, we did not get much pleasure either. Plus a few points that are technically dangerous for tourists, there is nothing to add here.

More from your organization will not go for anything; I will recommend the same to friends and family. Terrible.
