We have been skating with Pak for a long time, I don’t even remember why they were chosen. In principle, everything is not bad, but there is one giant minus: if, God forbid, the flight is expected to be irregular, but a charter, it is better to immediately abandon the flight and book a regular flight and a separate transfer, because they apparently cooperate very closely with Ural airlines", which is not a charter - it's an adventure! A flight delay of 2-3 hours for technical reasons at some more or less civilized airport is the most pleasant thing that can happen !! Repeatedly got to a flight delay of 6-8 hours, while the airline is not eager to spend money on feeding passengers, you have to eat on your own, at the airport, and so usually everything is not cheap. And Ural Airlines and Naples Airport are an explosive mixture in general, after such happiness I swore off flying with this airline at all!
The claim, of course, is more to the airline than to the tour operator, but since they work so closely, they could have chosen a decent carrier!
