We went with this company several times to rest, for the first time I still could not choose a travel agency, after a not very successful communication experience. But Svetlana was able to dispel my fears, and although this company was quite young at that time, I made up my mind. The preparation from the specialists was at its best, and the whole trip (to summer sunny Turkey) was very successful, so the next time I no longer doubted where to go to choose a new tour. By the way, as an inexperienced (yet) traveler, I ask a lot of questions, including stupid ones, so I especially appreciated the warm attitude, I just felt like a VIP client!
