In early July, my husband and I bought a tour for our honeymoon

We chose the hotel and all the details for a long time, because this is one of the main vacations in the life of every person

In mid-August, they paid another half

05.09 were supposed to fly

On 04.09, a certain Sergey called us in the morning and introduced himself as some kind of head of the office of Sletai.ru Otradnoe

He said we weren't going anywhere.

We were in shock because we were waiting for this no less than the wedding.

06.09 we arrived at the Otradnoye office

We were told that they forgot to check in a month! That the hotel did not confirm the booking

Due to the fact that they did not see the refusal of the hotel, we did not fly anywhere, a certain Sergey also told us that the selection of a new tour would take from 10 to 14 working days

We were not satisfied with this and decided to return the money.

They immediately wrote, according to Sergey, an application for a refund and began to wait for a refund

It's the middle of November

We never got our money back.

They serve breakfast

There was no written response to our application for a refund (although they were supposed to be answered by law)

We are currently being served breakfast again.

We sent an official claim to the Fly ru office and also to the Anex Tourism office

No answer yet

If we do not receive a response from them, we have already prepared a statement of claim, apparently we will sue this terrible company, where careless employees and irresponsible people work
