I ordered a tour to Greece through a travel agency at the place of residence of the tour operator "Mouzenidis Travel" from 13.09 to 27.09.2014. But everything turned out to be difficult, 10 days before departure to Greece, they called me from a travel agency and said that due to the cancellation of flight ELB127 (underload), the tour operator is changing the conditions of the tour (like they have force majeure). (and in an ultimatum form) the option of flying from Thessaloniki to Kyiv on 09/26 or 09/28, or canceling the trip altogether. Having thought with my wife, we decided not to cancel the trip, we agreed on 09/26. and at cost, they modestly left themselves an unearned profit of about 10 euros. Further, the cost of air tickets for flight ELB127 290 (I paid them), and I received flight ELB202 worth 205 euros, tickets for these flights were freely available. I offered il the tour operator to return the difference of 85 euros to me, but was sent far away, the tour operator Muzenidis Travel completely froze, refused to pay, organize a transfer to Kharkov, all the more. It turns out I was robbed of about 100 euros, not counting the costs from Kyiv to Kharkov, the moral factor is also present. I am a little glad that they were not sent to sunny Magadan, after all, the Russian campaign.
