Yes, our 4 * hotel - in the standard room there is no air conditioning, no hot water (only one spinner), no refrigerator, the furniture is old, dirty, at the entrance we were met by a red cockroach at least 8 cm long, not at all afraid of the life-giving slipper. They demanded to replace the room with the same one, but without a cockroach :) They replaced it. Right next to the door of the room - the construction of a new building, during the day they hammer with a sledgehammer. There is no buffet for breakfast, there are 3 varieties to choose from, there is never a 3rd one, so 2 is scrambled eggs or cereal in milk :) But we were ready for everything except a cockroach and an under-breakfast - this is Tangalle, the tourism industry is not particularly developed there. But it's inexpensive and authentic :) But there's nothing to do without English, and not all hotel staff speak it normally. No one suspects the existence of the Russian language there, although mostly Russians go there :)
