Travel agency "Colors of the World" purchased from 07.05.16 to 14.05.16 on the tour "Three Kingdoms from Barcelona", the tour operator PAC GROUP, the host company NOVOVIRA. We traveled together. We have traveled many times in Europe, but this is the first time we have encountered such a bad organization of the tour from the host company NOVOVIRA.

We flew to Barcelona on May 7 at 9-00. We quickly went through all the necessary formalities and left. to the arrival hall, where Vladimir met us. He took everyone away except us after 40 minutes, he told us to wait. Was very annoyed with our questions, said he had a problem and left without explanation. We waited 2 hours 40 minutes and called 3 times. Vladimir. Finally, after 2 hours and 40 minutes, Andrey came for us. He put us in a car (a small Volkswagen), where there were 5 (!) tourists. We drove to the hotel for about 15 minutes, i.e. You can pick us up much earlier. At the hotel, Andrey was in a hurry and left without waiting for us to be checked in and things put in a storage room or given a key to the room.

Questions arose during registration, without a language we found ourselves in a difficult situation.

From Barcelona to Madrid (inclusive) we traveled by bus. We don’t count delays of 30-40 minutes, they explained to us that in Spain this is the norm (unlike other European countries, apparently).

On May 11 we had to move to Valencia. On the tour of the 3rd kingdom, we were left with 7 people - two of us and 5 tourists from the Caryatids. Instead of a bus, we were given a minivan with 9 seats -2 next to the driver and 3 in each row. The attached program, issued to us by NOVOVIRA, states that the tour includes travel in a comfortable bus or train. A minivan is not a comfortable transport for moving over distances of about 400 km for 8 people. In addition, the trunk is not designed for 8 suitcases + bags. Suitcases lay literally on the head.

In addition, the driver of the car also performed the functions of a guide.

On the way, he talked, constantly distracted from the road and turning to those sitting behind. So we drove for 4 hours. This situation jeopardizes the safety of passengers, and in Russia it is strictly prohibited. Perhaps Spain has different rules, but I would like to feel safe during a long journey. The scheduled tour of the Llardo factory was cancelled.

On May 12, we were told at 10:00 to wait for our things in the hotel lobby, from where a minivan would pick us up. On this day, an excursion to Peñiscola and a transfer to Lloret de Mar were planned. There was no car at 10, but we were not surprised. However, after 20 minutes, they called the NOVOVIRA office in Lloret de Mar, where we were told that the driver had left, and it was not known when he would be. We got the impression that they simply forgot about us. At 11-30, the NOVOVIRA company called the hotel, they said it was strange that we did not call back (i.e.

the company assumes that the rescue of drowning people is the work of the drowning people themselves) and they said that the car broke down. The driver could not report, because. there was no connection (probably, the driver was somewhere very far away, where the cellular connection does not work. They will decide what to do and call back in 10 minutes. ”Did not call back.

Finally, at 13:00, Victor told us that a car would come for us at 14:00. We asked about an excursion to Peniscola - Victor replied that they would discuss and decide how to compensate us for it.

If we were told at 10, or at least at 11, that we are free until 14, we could leave our things and go for a walk, and not sit in the hotel lobby for 4 hours, get nervous and take medicine.

The minivan arrived at 2 pm. Again we drove 400 km very crowded and uncomfortable, left at 14:00 and arrived at 18:40.

On the evening of May 13, an announcement was posted in the hotel lobby that the transfer was waiting for us at the bus stop on May 14 at 13:00. Where is the unknown stop - we do not know.

Irina did not answer the phone, left a request to call back on the answering machine - did not call back. We turned to a Russian-speaking girl at the reception - she also did not know where to stop. But she helped us a lot, called somewhere, and Irina fixed the meeting point at the Metropol Hotel. All these inconsistencies are nerves and time spent by us through the fault of NOVOVIRA.

On May 14 at 13 o'clock we were picked up by a bus. Our flight was at 20-35, we checked with the guide Irina if it was possible to check in the storage room in terminal 2 and go for a walk. She told us that there is a manual luggage room and in 25 minutes you can get to Plaza Catalunya. It turned out that there is no left-luggage office in T2, there is one in T1, while we found the shuttle, until we arrived ... In short, from 14-30 all the tourists were waiting at the airport, which is very inconvenient.

On excursions ANYWHERE DO NOT GIVE HEADPHONES. Groups of more than 50 (all programs are collected on an excursion), the guide is not heard or seen.
