Well, in my opinion, not everything is as gloomy as some write about this office. Yes, some guides and office workers "do not catch mice", the quality of services provided is mediocre, i.e. it turned out well - everyone is happy (both guides and tourists), something went wrong, they won’t be especially steamed in the office. (Perhaps this mentality is already this type of Spanish).

A story about our vacation - the tour was called the Golden Ring of Barcelona (something like that)

We arrived on the morning flight Nerezinovaya-Barcelona, met the guide at the airport, took everyone to a stop, but there was no bus ... (he left somewhere past), froze for 5-10 minutes (it was around 10-15 degrees and the wind) and we loaded onto the bus with pleasure and went to deliver tourists to vacationers, the process took about 1.5 hours, upon arrival at the hotel, they offered to leave our things and take a walk until 14:00.

The guide languidly tried to sell us excursions, having learned that we would think, he said there would be no places, and we would miss our chance (in general, the sale did not take place), explained how to use the metro, how to get to the collection point of the first and subsequent excursions in the city center near the hard cafe rock. For children, women and the elderly (and most of them are on such tours), this is actually stressful, well, not everyone in the cities has a metro, and there it is still not on the mighty one - a big minus of the service, because. people buy sightseeing tours not in order to think about how to get to one or another point of the city and at the same time not be late for the start of the excursion, otherwise seven people do not wait for one ... In general, we decided to go next time without buying a sightseeing tour, booking rules. (Novovira taught me that carrying your money to travel agencies is a stupid business ...).

When asked how to contact the representatives of Novovira, he said that the vouchers indicated the numbers of responsible employees and he would not give his number, since it was none of his business and he would not pick up the phone ... The indicated numbers turned out to be mythical, at the right time they would not filmed (the girl who was resting with us could not find out who, when and how will transport her to another hotel on her tour, information, fax, the hotel reception was also not there ... In fairness, she was still transported, but the time for clarification was spent - eptu service mmm :), before our departure from the hotel there was a fax :) ).

About excursions and guides: the guides were different and excellent (half) and so-so (a quarter) and a complete dull Mr. (a quarter).

On excursions in Barcelona, it is very easy to fall off the tour (heads are counted only at a few control points, if everything goes well, the guide will return and find the loss (this was the case on 04/20/13 on a walking tour of the Gothic quarter, the guide Irina (very interesting and enthusiastic talked about Barcelona), a sightseeing tour with Lyuba was remembered by the fact that several old people were forgotten in the park guell (seven are not waiting for one) and, apparently, Lyuba was not able to repeat the feat of Irina, it seemed that she tried to lose as many tourists as possible. gray clothes, refusal to somehow mark oneself in the crowd (with an umbrella, a balloon, a fan with the emblem of the wonderful office of Novovir), moving under a red light of a traffic light and refusing to wait for those who are lagging behind. ..

If someone wanted to take a closer look at what happened and what we had already passed, he had to use the rewind ... :) (not only I noticed this). Guides Eugene (Monserrat) and Elena (Glubinka with a village of smugglers) conducted very interesting excursions, they did not lose anyone, they gave a lot of interesting information, everything went easily and naturally. Guide Vyacheslav (aka Arnold, Elvira and any other name, because from his words he used to respond to any name) took us to the champagne factory, was able to make an essentially boring excursion interesting, funny, informative and with conversations "for life" . Every morning before the tour, we were approached by tourists not from Novovira, and, if desired and possible, joined our excursion group. We did a sightseeing tour ourselves, with the help of tourist buses with an audio guide.

Conclusions: The guys from Novovira need to think about the service (which they sell), work with personnel and "personnel", on the next sightseeing trip, at least to Europe, we decided to avoid the services of travel agencies like Novovira. I hope my review will be useful both for tourists and for the Novovir company. Good luck!
