This summer we met in Barcelona with this "company".

We were not met at the airport. I had to call and tell who we are and where we are from. Two hours later, a guy came, took us and other losers.

I thought, overlay, because the guy is smart and quickly sold a voucher for a trip to the Dali Museum. It turned out - no, at the indicated time (we (were on vacation in Lorette De Mar) the bus did not arrive, 12 people waited 2 hours, I called the office - they ask again who we are and where we are from, it turned out that we were "forgotten". We moved the excursion to another day.

After talking with Muscovites (my family is from Kyiv), we found out that there are a lot of such overlays, in the company there is an elementary mess and chaos,

Tours are constantly late or cancelled. In Barcelona, ​​we were forced to come to the opening of the fountains two hours earlier, stupidly sat and waited, and there are many such examples. Finally, we were charged 15 euros for a transfer to the airport, although the ticket was fully paid.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them. Taking advantage of their monopoly, they do not think much about customers.
