At the end of February, they tried to book a tour to Israel after seeing a burning tour in the mailing list. However, the price was announced to us higher than in the mailing list, although I called as soon as I received it. They explained this by the fact that there is still a surcharge for fuel, about which nothing was said in the mailing list. I had to take a cheaper hotel and no food to fit in the budget. On Monday, finally, after all the approvals, I order a tour and make an advance payment. I am warned that the price is based on the current day's dollar rate. if the rate rises on the date of confirmation and 100% payment for the tour, you will have to pay extra. On Thursday I come to the office to pay for the tour, the tour itself was confirmed on Wednesday. During this time, the dollar exchange rate has fallen, but they refuse to recalculate me in the opposite direction ...

they say that on Monday they paid for the tour with their own money, but this cannot be ... I'm sure that if the exchange rate had risen, I would have been given an additional bill ....

Today, March 28, they receive a newsletter from the company with a special offer for Bulgaria. Immediately I ask you to confirm the relevance - in the mailing list the price is 96 dollars, by phone the price is 47800 rubles ... Ie. the information in the mailing list is just a lure that does not correspond to the truth. it is a pity that many years of cooperation will have to be terminated due to the price fraud of the travel agency ...
