I got together with my child in Tunisia, I wanted to fly in September 2012 for a week, the budget is limited to 40 thousand rubles.

Booked a tour on their website, everything is fine. I wanted to go to pay already, but then my friends threw a link to the reviews of the hotel we were flying to. Reviews about the hotel are generally normal, but those who flew with the globe - absolutely everyone is dissatisfied, they were settled in disgusting rooms, the travel agency for this from a high bell tower ...

I wrote to my application to change the hotel to another, to which I was told that they would change it only after the full payment of the already booked hotel. Those. I had to pay for a hotel in which they put tourists in the worst rooms, and then hope for a miracle that they will change the hotel for me.

As a result, I canceled my booking. From the phone calls, there was also an unpleasant impression, a feeling that they only care about themselves, how to fill their pockets, but they don’t give a damn about customers.

I'm going to another travel agency, since there is still time.
