Tour "Paris and 10 cities of Europe" is disgusting!!! Manager Natalia N. is absolutely incompetent! Can't answer simple questions. We came to pay for the selected tour to the office - so she was constantly distracted by phone calls! When asked where the hotel would be located in Paris (where we should stay for 3 days), she replied that it was not yet known, but in the city. In fact, it turned out that this is not even Paris ... Only a suburb, from which it takes 1 hour 50 minutes to get to the center on its own (this is provided that there are no traffic jams anywhere) !!! No organization. We were lucky that we prepared ourselves before the trip and knew where to go and what to see!
NEVER GO TO "BON TOUR" IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SPINE YOUR HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!
