CAREFULLY!!!

Our tour operator was (exactly WAS) the Voyage-service company, I don’t advise you to go there, a lot of trouble, it all started with how we agreed on a price, signed an agreement, paid for the tour, and then Ostap suffered ... (to be honest, the price tag is such same as other companies)

How they skillfully breed clients, MMM is resting!!! A call the next day, with a request to pay additional incomprehensible expenses, without a reasoned argument, although I have already paid 100% for everything, and the flight, and insurance, and the transfer, and the hotel:

1. the tour grew by 120 euros in one day, then when I began to check, it turned out that ticket prices were too high, okay, we settled this moment with one check in Yandex,

2. just out of nothing they began to wind up the price tag for the transfer, it seems that they also figured it out (well, it can’t cost like a double taxi fare, and this is 50 euros (I know, because I have been in the city more than once), only up to hotel, they said that the error was in the database, 3.

the room rate is 25 euros more expensive than on the website of the hotel itself, I'm already silent about insurance, honey. and from not leaving (with great difficulty knocked out of them a policy from not leaving from a dubious insurance company,

3. The Voyage service did not calm down on this, again a call, they offered to drive up and re-sign the visa application forms at the consulate (although I handed over all the documents and they were in perfect order after checking by the company’s employees), no problem - I’ll drive up, only I business trip, and the time to apply for a visa is a week, just immediately on the plane after receipt, to which they tell me then pay extra for an urgent visa 45 euros or choose a tour for a different date, BUT only from this tour there will be a fine of 70 euros, and the next additional payment 80 euros, I had to run to come from another city so that the rest would not be lost!

OKAY nevertheless received from them the so-called voucher and visa (10 hours before the plane)

The adventure didn't end there!

I arrive in Budapest, go through customs, go out to the waiting room - they must meet, there is NO ONE of the representatives of VOYAGE SERVICE, I call Moscow, they say wait, we will contact you (we never called back), I call the representative office in Budapest, a sleepy voice on in broken Russian, I was very surprised that I flew in, promised that the car would be in 40 minutes. The transport has really arrived!!! HALF CARGO minibus!!!! SERVICE ON THE VERGE OF FANTASTIC!!!

Okay, I got to the hotel without incident.

The hotel is quite tolerable, located in a picturesque corner of Budapest on the island, the atmosphere itself is attractive.

If you don’t arrange a holiday for yourself, no one will, I decided and called the representative office in Budapest of Voyage Service to buy excursions so that there were no representatives in the hotel, and again the sleepy voice answered, not intrusively, that they didn’t have excursions, and if they do, it will be only when the group is assembled.

If such a dismissive attitude towards customers, then I don’t understand how they can still stay on the market?

I ADVISE EVERYONE - BYPASS THE VOYAGE SERVICE!!!
