Good afternoon everyone! I am writing this review just in despair, because we have never met such a disgusting and unscrupulous tour operator! My husband and I planned a vacation, planned in advance, a lot of paperwork and red tape. We were in anticipation of a flight to Madrid, but it wasn’t there ... We were offered a tour at a premium price, which attracted us. BUT on the day of departure we find out that our tour was not redeemed, although they made a 100% prepayment !!! There are no warnings, of course. We decided to find out what it is, as a result, we received an absolute disregard! You need to know the "heroes" by sight - VERA SERGEEVNA DYMOCHKA. Because of this person and her agency, we were left without money and rest. TERRIBLE!
