This year we went to our South on a "comfortable" Triel-Tour bus, you wouldn't wish such a nightmare even on your enemy!!! In the morning on Lenin Square, when the bus drove up, it was already terrible only from the appearance, it was very "different" from those that were nearby. Then it was even worse, the seat was broken, all the way (30 hours), I sat reclining (the seat did not rise or fall). There was always not enough hot water, we stopped all the time in terrible eateries-cafes, where it’s not only scary to eat, but it’s even impossible to go to the toilet, while we just drove past all the normal cafes. There was a terrible stuffiness in the bus, the air conditioner was practically not turned on, all passengers were dying from stuffiness and heat. We constantly stopped and waited for the second bus, which was going to Anapa, the drivers simply did not care about the passengers. I really hoped that we would go back on another one, but no luck, again the same bus, the same rude drivers, a nightmare !!!
The drivers sat chatting all day (one at the wheel, the other nearby), and at night the second driver just fell asleep on the road, we stopped several times and waited for him to rest a bit. Now we were taught to write in forests, fields, in birch groves, in landfills ... there were 2-3 normal toilets all the way. At the same time, it was very cold outside, it was raining, and the air conditioner was also working in the bus, the cold air was also whistling, it became simply unbearably cold in the evening, and we waited for hot water only at lunchtime the next day, when everyone was practically numb. In short, the road, both there and back, spoiled the whole impression of the rest ... Now I tell all my friends about this "wonderful" agency that provides an "unforgettable" vacation. I will never do business with this company again!!! And I do not recommend to others! Learn from the mistakes of others, and choose your tour operator more carefully...
