I turned to the travel agency to buy a tour. After long and incomprehensible confused conversations with managers who are trying to confuse the client, wear him out so that he agrees to their price. But if I have even a slight desire to save my money, I will not go to them! Just a waste of money!
And these complex attempts to explain why they will be innocent of anything, shifting responsibility to the tour operator ... it’s generally not clear what they are responsible for and what they take money for? After reading the negative reviews, I completely agree with this negative. AWESOME COMPANY!
