Upon arrival in Barcelona, ​​we were met by Vladimir (like a manager), who told us that on our first excursion in an unfamiliar country with ignorance of the language, we would need to get on our own from the suburbs of Barcelona to the center. If I had not asked about the fare, stops, he would have simply continued to take us to the hotel and we would have thought about it ourselves. He left us at the hotel and told us to wait for check-in after 11.00, from time to time tourists from other flights began to arrive, for whom the check-in time was already indicated at 15.00 !!! With our perseverance, we still settled at 11.00 and went to Barcelona on our own. At the appointed time, we were met by a guide .... A swollen, overweight lady (Larisa), who limited herself to a brief designation of the buildings that we passed .. Her task was to bring us to the place of dinner ..

In general, guides are a separate issue .. We had three of them: the aforementioned Larisa (rating 3/10), Evgeny, an overview of Barcelona (9/10 - the only one with a twinkle in his eyes) and Lyudmila (other excursions, rating 2/10) . About the last one - how can you "give" a tour to a person who does not know how to do this and does not want to. The story about the cities and countries visited, and they were worthy of vivid stories, came down to stories about her travels, Victoria Beckham's farm and the price per square meter of housing. This is not a guide .... People who were interested in learning something about the country just slept, but there were also those who looked into her mouth (not from a great mind) and with them she discussed regular purchases from supermarkets. As for hotels ... My husband and I are not picky people, everything suited us for an average 3-ku, all hotels are not new, shabby, dirty and untidy in places, but you can live, or rather spend the night ... Other tourists from our group were lucky smaller..

uncleaned rooms, dirty bath, lack of water drainage ... transfer to the airport is organized like this, in the morning tourists gather in one bus like sprats and are taken to the airport and it doesn’t matter that you have a plane in the evening, do what you want .. Very chaotic review. .. and a lot of things have not been written, but one thing I can say for sure - Do not waste your time, money and impressions on Novovira !!! (((
