Bought a trip to Greece. for three 100 thousand rubles. The manager Alena called some kind of tour "rogue-tour" in front of us. Behaves very impudently, interrupts. imposes his service. We sign the contract, the blank is not Korala, not Aniora (as they are called, it turns out!) But in general some kind of leftist. My wife bought. she agreed to buy. Ordered visa support, and THEY ARE GONE! for 2 week! I went in, called, but they told me that some payment had not gone through.
The attitude is boorish to everyone, all the managers have a provincial talk, disregard for customers!
