Having chosen a tour, the manager asked to pay 50% of the cost of the tour, everything was processed online, and asked to urgently transfer it to the card of the wife of the owner of the company. Translated. Attention, three days later the manager wrote in the site’s messages that there were no places in the hotel, and offered another option. At the same time, she didn’t even conclude an agreement with me. That is, for three days they didn’t even deign to call me. I asked for a refund, after which their transfers abruptly stopped working and the boss was constantly busy, the next day I insistently demanded that my money be returned, in the evening only a part was transferred to me. Three days later, I called and asked for the rest to be returned, the boss simply hung up.
