Before I met Novovira, I did not need to leave reviews about the work of the travel agency. But after the Barcelona-Madrid trip, I would like to warn my compatriots against traveling with this company.

In Barcelona, ​​we were met by the accompanying Vladimir - an extremely unpleasant guide who constantly hurried the group. For the four who arrived, one passenger car was intended. As a result, three people had to squeeze into the back seat, which is extremely uncomfortable and it is not clear why this should be tolerated with a paid transfer. No information about additional excursions, information about the time and place of the gathering of groups had to be asked, when trying to clarify, Vladimir was annoyed and answered aggressively. Upon returning from Madrid, we were not even placed in Barcelona, ​​but in the suburbs. At the same time, not everyone printed out a map to the location of the nearest bus stop, and Vladimir did not explain how to get back.

Excursion support is a separate issue. The guides do not know where the roads are blocked, do not inform about the trip program, do not warn whether there will be free time or not. Often, information about sights is given dry and uninteresting. The trip to Girona turned out to be a complete failure - in the Dali Museum, the group was simply taken to the museum and, under the slogan "well, what can I say, everyone has their own perception," the guide gave free time.

Think thrice before booking a trip with a Novovira travel agency!

Poor quality, unprofessionalism and poor organization can greatly spoil the impression of the trip.
