I am in a wild indignation because of the disgusting attitude of the travel agency! Booked a trip for a week, sent a confirmation of the reservation. But, on the eve and even on the day of the trip, there was no information about the bus number. For 20 min. before the expected departure, called the contact number. The woman kindly answered, if they didn’t send you anything, then there are no places ... And this story is not over. My family and I honestly defended at the bus stop (metro Black River) from 7-00 to 8-00, skipping all possible buses going in the direction of Lappeenranta. But the Margarita tour did not wait !!!! After 7-10 all three rooms were turned off... Rude attitude!
