Intermediaries!!! Booked a bus for September 19th. A smelly old ruin arrived, the driver immediately said that he had 2 hours for our trip, although 3 were ordered !!! He said that he did not care (It was said obscenely) Atis Tour hired him. It was impossible to get through to the office, we had to pay extra to the driver so that we would not be thrown out halfway. The car is smoky, there is dirt everywhere ... a thousand times I regretted that I turned to Hatis Tour. The next day, the dispatcher told me that they did not have my order at all !!!!!! Our oversight is that we did not go to their office, but agreed to pay on the spot with the driver !!
