Upon arrival at the office on Sennaya, they began by clarifying the price, which almost coincided with the site (of course, upwards). Everything was discussed, everything was arranged. While the senior manager Anna was drawing up the contract and accepting payment by card, something unexpected happened and the price of the tour increased by 10,000 rubles. After long disputes, swearing and finding out the reasons, it was decided to buy a more expensive tour. On the advice of the same senior manager Anna, a new hotel was identified, a new contract was drawn up and everything was paid for. It seems to be everything. But no. In the evening it turns out that the recommended hotel has no hot water and no air conditioning. What Anna thought when advising such a hotel is not clear.

By phone, they contacted Aloha on Senna, a more senior employee than Anna, who, after promising to change the hotel and solve the problem, contacted and offered another hotel, but as always in Aloha with an increase in price (again 10,000 rubles). Which was denied. After arriving in Aloha and writing an application for refusing to buy a tour through the fault of Aloha and a full refund, it seems that the issue with this terrible agency was resolved, the money should have been sent back to the account on the same day. But as it turned out, Aloha is even worse than it seemed at first. Three days later, when a suitable agency was found, with the same price on the website and in the office, it was necessary to buy a tour, but there was still no money in the account.

After long calls to Aloha, after waiting for the managers to talk to the accountant, after the managers went to lunch, after the subsequent lunches of the accountant, it turns out that after three working days, the Aloha accountant did not deign to make a refund and only after our call decided to do it . As it turned out, at the time of "her lunch" she just ran to the bank branch to transfer money. With grief in half, the money was returned and vouchers were bought at another agency. Be very careful when dealing with this agency. No one will reimburse you for a ruined vacation. And certainly don't try to pay online if you don't have another good agency in mind and sufficient funds to buy tours without waiting for a refund from Aloha.
