Villa Jomtien Waree 5, Pattaya, 5 bedrooms in the Nagavari complex does not match what is in the photo !!!! Disgusting villa, area and company service (Elena Semenyak) !!!! Booked in the summer for January. The choice was huge. The list of our wishes was not taken into account. We had a small child and two elderly people with us. The villa is located far outside the city, accessible only by taxi. Located in the middle of a suburban landfill. A real garbage dump around the complex stretching for several kilometers, which constantly burns and stinks!!! Husband and grandfather are asthmatics, they just suffocated. At night, with the windows closed, there is burning and stench in the house! there is no beach! A small piece of wild beach between the hotels - this is what is within walking distance - all in garbage bags, dirty. broken bottles, bags, garbage in the sea. Having paid a lot of money (more than 10 thousand baht per day), renting a villa for 19 days - we could not wait for the end of the vacation!!! We left the villa early in the morning and returned in the evening.

As for the villa itself .... It is not luxurious at all! She is miserable! I don’t want to solve everyday issues on vacation - but I had to do it all the time. Not only is there no washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer - there is also a tiny teapot per 1 liter (this is for a large company, for 5 bedrooms !!!), one small aluminum pan, one frying pan, broken poor cheap dishes, antediluvian appliances, there are multicooker - but it is filled with burnt food inside, it has never been washed!. Everything is old and badly washed. On the dining table there are some kind of dirty bedding that has never been washed, and there are only 4 of them, there is no tablecloth. These pads haven't changed...

The villa is not ready for arrival!!! A dirty cooker filled with food, the walls are filled with something - smudges, there is dirt in all the drawers in the kitchen and in the rooms, the curtains have never been washed, the windows, glass showers and mirrors are all divorced, dirty. The furniture in the living room is shabby, old and dirty. The bathrooms smell! Big cockroaches in the house!

Bought money from them. The balconies were not cleaned and are not being cleaned. Dirt. Air conditioners are noisy and leaking! Near the pool, the columns, the table, the floor are flooded with something, and no one cleaned it. The pool filter makes a loud noise, you can hear it with the windows closed, and at night too. There are no kitchen towels. Bath towels, one large per person - i.e. for legs, beach, body, face - all this one??? The cleaners came as soon as we entered the house in the evening. Twice we asked not to disturb, not to clean - apparently they liked it, and despite repeated requests to clean it in the morning before, they still came in the evening and crawled barely between people who wanted to take a shower, relax, have dinner, put the child to bed ...

They didn’t get on their nerves on vacation and demand cleaning, services, and a refund. Our friends in the neighboring villa of the same complex were resting at the same time, and through the same company and the manager, they nevertheless decided to be outraged by this state of affairs!

After long scandals and a showdown - they cleaned the villa for three days, washed everything, washed everything, bought and installed a washing machine, returned 600 dollars for the inconvenience .... And how much it cost them nerves ... I saw this young woman with a baby in her arms with shaking hands and tears ... Is this a holiday? We booked just as early, in the summer, when there was still a choice.

Elena claims that she is not aware of what is outside the villa and in what general condition the villa is in general ... It is a pity that when offering a service and receiving a lot of money, the employee does not bother to find out as much information as possible ...

Speaking of luxury - a quiet cozy place, safety, fresh air!, a good beach, beautiful dishes, good dinnerware.

Packs of dogs run around the complex and beyond, constantly barking and growling at guests, and barking and howling at night.

There is no feeling of privacy in the villa - they constantly come in (!

Without a call and demand, without warning) pool cleaner, janitor, gardener. It feels like we are interfering with their work - they pour chemicals on the plants, spray them, cut them, sweep them ... Yes, I understand that you need to take care of the plants somehow .... But every day go shamelessly and cut one bush? What they were looking for... I don't know...

Elena never once asked how our rest was, how they were accommodated, what problems. This is our manager, with whom we communicated, who sold the service to us. It feels like she rented the villa and is no longer interested in anything ... She even stopped responding to the last letters before leaving for Thailand ...

And then... When half a year before the trip you carefully choose a villa, a place, there are options to choose from - you are waiting for this vacation - you can strain the manager a little and offer the best possible option that satisfies the request? Or tell about all the pros and cons of the chosen place? What for? You have to give up everything!!!

Let people suffocate in the garbage in the illusion of luxury!!!

Reviews on the site about the villa are not true!!!! There is no restaurant. Not in the complex, not nearby. What convenient location is mentioned in the review? What brand new villas? Everything else description, photos, reviews - also do not correspond to reality !!!

After the rest, there was nothing left but disgust .... (

We travel a lot to different countries. We always rent houses, apartments… And for the first time in our lives we got such a service for such money!!!! We were really looking forward to this vacation. The road is long, with a child, I really wanted to go to Thailand, I persuaded myself to pay dearly - I wanted to live in good conditions, so that later I would remember for a long time ... Yeah. There is something to remember...

Many laughed at us when they found out how much we paid for THIS ....

The owners of the villas of this and neighboring complexes cannot sell, get rid of such “property”, let alone rent it out ... And as it turned out on the spot ... it was in our villa that the spa salon was located for a long time ... This also says a lot ...
