The tour operator settles in the disgusting hotel Aquarius Apartments 2 * in Hersonissos Greece. Spoiled vacation, I constantly had to go to humiliate to clean the room, they said that they had cleaned it, and there was garbage and everything was covered in dirt and dust, I had never seen anything like this, I had never felt so g.... sorry. The tour operator ruined the whole holiday for me and my disabled mother. Tour operators are obliged to check the hotels with which they cooperate, they do not exercise any authority. First, they settled my mother, who does not walk properly on the 4th floor (we prefer a room no higher than the 2nd floor), through my multiple calls to the hotline, after 3 days we were moved. My family is very intelligent people and have never seen anything like this, we got used to having a good rest. I took a tour to my mother for her anniversary, and they got us drunk in the soul, ruined the holiday. Cattle.
I will write complaints wherever possible so that there will never be such a bestial attitude towards people again.
