The hotel put us in a standard room, although the voucher was paid for Suite. Pegastik assured when buying a tour that the reservation for a suite was 100%. It's good that I have a good command of enemy languages \u200b\u200band squeezed out a number for myself, and even then only on the trail. day. For our inconvenience, the manager, after lengthy negotiations and bargaining, had to make concessions and provide us with additional discounts and services in the SPA center at the hotel.
We were only able to catch a representative of Pegastik on the 3rd day of rest and take excursions that were of interest to us.
I may be wrong, but in my opinion this service should be intrusive. Shame on Pegasus!!!
At the hotel, we witnessed how normal travel agents meet tourists: here you have a bottle of wine as a gift, please, SIM card on your phone, please, discount cards to shops and restaurants, please. Pegasus ate!!!
Tours suck. With a bus trip of more than 5 hours, the guides are obliged to entertain us with stories about the shit, its culture, religion, history, etc. and at Pegastik we drove quietly all the way, staring out the windows. There is no information support at the facilities, only information about the departure time further down the stages. Shame on Pegasus!!!
The conclusion is this: do not fly to Vietnam from Pegastik.
