We came here for a trip to the sea with a small budget, which would be quite enough for Bulgaria. The choice fell on this travel agency, as I flew with her to the Czech Republic a couple of years ago and everything was not bad, but since then everything has changed! We wanted to buy a ticket and fly right away. As a result, we arranged a tour, paid money, and waited for confirmation. The girl said she would call. As a result, after waiting half the next day, they themselves scored it. She replied that there were no return tickets, unless for later dates. We were so uncomfortable, we asked to pick up more options, she said that she would contact us in half an hour and offer something. As a result, two hours later I call her AGAIN, she does not pick up the phone, I call them at work, they tell me that she is at lunch. I got through to her only in the evening, she began to promise that she would send options by mail, I dictated her mail, even two. No answer, no hello.
She began to tell me that they had a stream of clients (and apparently, you don’t need to work with the existing ones!). As a result, we spent the whole day on pins and needles, because we had few days to fly away, and due to the incompetence of the travel agent Oksana, there were even fewer. At the end of all this rigmarole, she generally sent us to another girl who didn’t know what we needed, where we were flying at all, what we wanted. She offered us unbearable options, and began to search right in front of us, which made us understand that before that, this same Oksana had not looked for anything for us and had not sent it to the post office, although she swore that she had done everything and supposedly “it’s strange that it doesn’t come to you.” Well, of course it's strange when nothing is sent! As a result, the husband was already furious and demanded the money back. They calmly said, come, write applications. Didn't even try to offer anything else.
The money was returned after 6 days. And they said they'd be back in 3.
In general, it is strange that it took so long, since they did not go into circulation. We didn't buy anything from them, after all.
In general, because of the terrible service and incompetent, unskilled and not interested in the work of the employees of the company "Hottur", we did not fly away on vacation. Do not deal with this travel agency!
