I applied to Aloha tour three times: the first time we took a honeymoon tour in 2016 (Greece), in 2017 we had a summer vacation in Mallorca and a couple of weeks ago (April 2018) we went to Turkey for a week .. All three times with us the manager Kholodnaya Evgenia worked. Every time everything went great. What we like: 1. We agree on a visit in advance - no need to sit in line, wait. 2. We discuss the direction, wishes, terms and budget. We have several options to choose from. You can leave to think, read reviews about the hotel and agree on the next day to make an advance payment or immediately pay. 3.. When making an advance payment, the price for the tour is fixed (rate fluctuations no longer affect the cost of the holiday). Again, the manager adjusted her schedule for me a couple of times - although the office location is convenient, next to the metro, it was not always possible to be strictly until 19:00, and they work until 21. Convenient. 4.

On all three trips, what we discussed and saw in the photo coincided with what happened in fact (rooms in the hotel, the beach, etc.) down to the smallest detail, which was important for me and my wife: safe, hairdryer, TV size ( we went in the year of the European Championship and the Confederations Cup in football), the presence of billiards, the choice of alcohol for "all inclusive" (not everywhere they pour whiskey), the lack of children's animation, etc. 5. They do not impose additional services, insurance, do not spam about their offers by mail and SMS. 6. They give tags for the suitcase. Wishes: add a bonus if people came on my recommendation - and it happened twice - some kind of discount for the next trip;)
