All that, roughly speaking, is needed is to take the tourist's money and "transfer" it to its intended purpose, that is, transfer it to the account of the tour operator. Yes, you still need to conclude an agreement, write out a ticket-receipt. But, nevertheless, the main focus in all this is money! And here, as the practice of relations with the Ocean travel agency has shown, problems that are completely unintended by the tourist may arise, and such that the client of the travel agency suddenly begins to feel like a helpless, flimsy boat in the stormy stormy elements of the Ocean.

And indeed, the friendly smiling face of the director of the agency is like a bright sun in the blue sky!

And his (director's) calm, confident and in some way pleasant voice leaves no doubt in the client about the inevitability of a pleasant pastime in a fairy-tale land. The tourist’s soul, as they say, is “softened” and, completely trusting in “sweet” exhortations, is already clapping his pockets in search of a wallet, sometimes completely forgetting about the Treaty and other equally important points of a business approach to organizing his trip. And it’s completely in vain, because in the “Ocean” they lay softly, but sleep hard.

And it was like that. In a certain kingdom, in the Russian state, there lived a Tourist, not the richest man in Krasnoyarsk. And somehow, in the middle of the Siberian winter, a tourist decided to go in the summer to see the world, and to improve his health in the foreign sea, but in such a way as to save a little money. But how to do it? Yes, very easy! The system of early booking of the tour comes to the rescue with its very "delicious" tariffs.

The Tourist turned to Tatyana Svet Valentinovna (the founder and director of the travel agency) already in February with her worries, and she answered him: “Don’t worry, they say Turistyushko! I know my business! Give me 50% of the cost of the tour and go in peace and joy Don't worry about anything! Morning is wiser than evening!" "But what about the rest of the money?quot; - asked Tourist. And in response I heard: "But how will we book the tour, we will send you news in the month of spring, then come with the remaining 50%." She said so and waved her hand in farewell ...

The Tourist liked everything: the director, the beautiful girl, and the cost of the tour - better go look! "And until the end of March, the time of the final payment, I'll save up some more money ..." But not even two weeks pass, as the Director sends his messenger to the Tourist with an urgent message, they say, circumstances have changed. The remaining 50% of the cost of the tour must be paid as soon as possible! What to do... Unexpected news, but how not to meet the request?

The Tourist scratched through the bottom of the barrel, collected the necessary amount and handed it over personally to the owner of the "Ocean". "Well, it's all right now," she said. "Well, thank God!" thought the tourist. On that they parted.

Days follow nights, April drops rang out, June fluff flew off, a lot of water has flowed under the bridge. The Tourist has business and worries. He doesn't remember the tourist trip, he doesn't worry... Yes, and why the worries are superfluous, because the Director gave a promise, they say everything will be without a hitch. So why bother with other things? Eh-h, onion grief! If only he knew, this Tourist, what a liar fell into the hands of! Yes, where is it! Everything was decent and noble!

And now the last week comes before the planned trip and has long been fully paid for at special rates. Yes, but there is no news from the "Ocean". Three days before the departure of the charter flight, the Tourist calls the Director, saying how am I doing?

And the Director, previously talkative, suddenly loses the gift of eloquence and, after indistinct muttering, asks for a "time out" until tomorrow. That is, until the time when there are only 2 days left before the trip. The next day and further up to several hours before departure, Tatyana Svet Valentinovna, wriggling as if in a frying pan, bombarded the Tourist with a bunch of all kinds of arguments (Baron Munchausen is resting), which were designed to do only one thing: to prove to the Tourist the need for additional payment as payment for the tour of thirty five thousand rubles! The Tourist and his comrades in the "Ocean" have already taken a sip of lies and humiliation to the very top. In the end, there is nothing to be done. The Tourist's friends lent the money required by the Director. And in frustrated feelings, our hero flew away to heal his "wounds" from the sirens of the "Ocean". And all?

Well no! Soon the fairy tale tells, but not soon the deed is done. The Tourist returned home and sued the offenders.

And no matter how the Director didn’t spin, no matter how she didn’t spin, what ideas she didn’t come up with, the truth-mother triumphed. And they punished Tatyana Valentinovna and her unfortunate travel company by as much as 58,000 rubles, about which a writ of execution was issued last week!

Indeed, as it turned out during the trial, the director, having taken the money of the Tourist, patched up some of his financial holes with them, and forgot about the client. And I remembered only when, 3 days before departure, the Tourist called the director. But by this time, the "early booking" rate had already ceased to be such and had grown into a full-fledged and not frail! Moreover, the fine of the Ocean company from Pegas Touristik for late payment of the tour was a plus!

Do not unconditionally trust even those travel agencies whose positive reputation you have repeatedly seen personally. They have bugs too! Demand (don't be afraid!) your tour booking number (you can track its fate on the tour operator's website), track or add (if it is not there) to the Agreement with the travel company clauses about the cost of your tour and its invariance, as well as the timing, in during which the money you deposited at the cash desk of the travel agency will be transferred to the account of the tour operator! In dealing with representatives of travel agencies - more confidence and intelligibility! Feel free to ask an additional question, dig into the little things, afraid to seem like a cheapskate! These people work for you and for your money. And don't let it all go by itself! Call, ask, bother, otherwise they may simply forget about you, as happened with our Tourist at the Ocean travel agency.
