We flew with Travelata to Italy, we needed to get visas. And with this there was some hassle, because we gave the documents, we were ready to receive everything, but the company was pulling and we were worried. Of course, in the end, everyone sent and apologized, but the sediment remained. Friends flew to visa-free countries through Travelata without any problems. We were advised a good hotel, they did not lie about the location and infrastructure, thanks for that.
