I chose this tour operator on the advice of friends. But I can’t say that we immediately got a mutual understanding. They couldn't book the hotel that I wanted, and eventually they sent me to another one. The hotel turned out to be very good, in general we had a great rest too. On vacation, they no longer used their services, everything went fine, they met and saw off as expected, everything was clear and understandable, the plane was on schedule, as was the transfer. Excursions were not imposed, they told us what to eat and then how we decide. We did not go, rested by the sea. Also on the day of arrival, all information on the resort, which was provided where there is.
