We used the service of this company in July 2015, there were very negative impressions of the organization and provision of the service. The service did not include a full tour with accommodation, but travel by bus from Kaluga to Gelendzhik and back. There were several unpleasant moments on the way to the destination (Gelendzhik), but now it’s not about that, the main complaint is the return home. So, in order.

According to the contract, we were supposed to be picked up from Gelendzhik on July 21st. On July 20, 2015, our accompanying Lyudmila called us, saying that they would pick us up tomorrow (07/21/15) at approximately 9.00 am.

07/21/15, when we were already fully assembled, at about 7.30 in the morning Lyudmila called us back and warned that they would pick us up closer to dinner, since the bus got into big traffic jams and was still in the Rostov region. We treated this situation with full understanding, as we were well aware that this was a bus tour, and traffic jams are a factor that cannot be influenced.

We rented a room, as we had paid until 21.07 (check-out at 9.00). The owners of the guest house where we were staying allowed us to leave the suitcases under their supervision, and we went to kill time. Of course, there could be no talk of any sea, since, firstly, we were waiting for a call at any moment, and secondly, we would have nowhere to put things in order. Lunch passed, they were waiting for a call, they themselves did not call for a long time, so as not to create a tense situation. The time was around 16.00, we began to worry, we decided to call ourselves. The escort said that at the moment they were going in the direction of Novorossiysk, then they were going to Kabardinka and then following us to Gelendzhik, approximately waiting for another 2 hours. Again, we were sympathetic, well, what can you do if there are traffic jams.

We returned to the guest house, where we rested, sat and waited in the yard (at this stage, we still naively believed that after 2 hours they would still pick us up).

Let's note that such waiting in the yard caused us certain everyday difficulties (toilet, etc.), since we moved out of the room.

The time was around 19.00, no one calls us. We call ourselves several times, Lyudmila does not pick up the phone. When she did answer, we asked where they were and when they would be in Gelendzhik, to which we received a very competent answer “don’t interfere, I can’t gather people”, and hung up. We call back again, ask where exactly they are going, we are told that they are now in Golubitskaya. We begin to clarify the route, how much longer to wait, to which Lyudmila again hung up. The time was already around 19.30. That is, almost a whole day passed, and we still did not receive adequate feedback from the attendant, and during the day we were the only ones who called. Ludmila did not call back after she hung up. No apologies, no normal explanations, nothing.

How, approaching Novorossiysk, could one end up in Golubitskaya, if after that one went to Gelendzhik? If this was originally intended, then it is obvious that it is impossible to reach Gelendzhik in 2 hours. Why then did we need to lie when we called around 4 pm? If the route has changed, why didn't they tell us? Why did we ourselves call, trying to find out at least something (and without calling, calmly asking questions, without raising our voice), and we were answered with rudeness and hung up. We just wanted to understand the situation and somehow plan our time.

As a result, we waited somewhere else until 20.30, it was already getting dark. Naturally, no one called us, and at this stage we no longer hoped for some kind of call and adequate feedback.

We were forced to pay for another room for a day and buy plane tickets. The day was ruined, the impressions of the rest too.

As a result, Lyudmila called us around 00.

00 and asked “girls, are you standing at the intersection of Lunacharsky and Gorky?” (this is an accurate quote, and the intersection of these streets is the place from where we previously stipulated that we would be picked up). That is, the person really assumed that for 15 (!!!) hours we would stand with our suitcases first in the heat, and then at night on the street?
