Good day to all!!!! I would like to share my impressions about the tourist company "Tourist on Volokolamka" Russia, Central Federal District, Tver Region, Tver, 170033 Tver, Volokolamsky Ave., 14, office 22.!!!

I contacted her on January 5, 2016. !!!! it all started with a call to this company, called, arranged a meeting with a person!!! upon arrival on the appointed date, it turned out that the person with whom the meeting was scheduled was simply on vacation !!! was a bit surprised! Well, God bless him, I thought, because the vacation was long-awaited and desired!!! Yes, and with whom it does not happen, I thought !!! sat down with another "specialist"

then chose the date of the tour, hotel, airline!!! after which a preliminary contract was drawn up and the entire amount for the tour was paid !!!

then we are waiting for a call to get the final contract and package for the tour (insurance, vouchers, etc.)!! time to rest!!!

the third specialist is calling, notifying about the readiness of documents)))) to the question "Where is my specialist?quot; The answer was "On vacation"!! Well, this time a little outraged!

arrived, received a tour package (I repeat, already from the third specialist)!!! They informed me that they would contact me in a day to clarify the details of the flight!! I called, the fourth "specialist"))) Notified that everything was fine!!!

And here comes the long-awaited day of vacation! in the morning there is fuss, crazy fees, etc., I think many people do this))) The transfer was booked the day before, there are 2 hours left before departure!!! actually already on suitcases!!! call!!! specialists, Tourist on Volokolamka, report that the flight has been canceled and rescheduled for an unknown time !!! shock of course! and they promise to notify about a new flight !!! as it turned out, the information about the cancellation of the flight was known earlier than we were told!!! the call from the tour agency was at 12-00, the information was known at 7-00!!! I wonder why it was reported so late!

but with grief in half finally flew away !!! in the process of communicating with the "specialists" of the Tourist on Volokolamka, wishes were expressed about spending a vacation, I wanted to rely on the professionalism of the employees !!! upon arrival in Thailand, it turned out that all desires are up to the contrary !!!! They probably didn't hear us! the hotel turned out to be very noisy, there is no infrastructure nearby, to the sea (instead of the promised 10 minutes) 25-30 minutes!!! advised ORENAIR, saying that it is a subsidiary of Aeroflot!!! this is a disgrace to Aeroflot, an ordinary charter, the stewards do not respond to the challenges and needs of the client at all !!! And as it turned out later, the reason for the transfer of the flight was the failure of the turbine of the aircraft in the air, in the Dominican Republic !!! thank god no casualties!!! specialists of the Tourist on Volokolamka decided to keep silent about this !!! and also do not notify about the rules of flight, baggage transportation !!! think for yourself, decide for yourself!!! but I don't kick this office anymore!!! thanks to all)))))
