Terrible travel agency

I will try to briefly describe the "charms" of rest with the company "BIBLIO GLOBUS" (hereinafter referred to as BG). Rest time 05.06.2014-15.06.2014 Turkey. The ticket was purchased as an early booking. Three days before departure (a kind person) posted a review on the Internet that our hotel was actually not working (we bought a tour at the Holyday Area Green Resort). A request was made to BG for confirmation or refutation of this information. To which BG confirmed our booking and check-in at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were brought to another hotel, saying that ours really did not work. We were not offered any alternatives to rest. In fact, they were brought to another area (where there are stones and boulders), to a hotel with no territory and dead rooms. To all requests for help on the spot to resolve this issue through the BG representative in Turkey, we were given a standard answer: “We are already doing everything possible for YOU.” But all that we were offered was a hotel with a surcharge of $ 390.

And then, as an argument, we did not reduce the star rating of the hotel and be happy (mind you, we bought 5-ku). The most unpleasant thing in this whole situation is that NOBODY from BG helps, everyone brushes aside the tourist. One - only lucky from the airport, the other - only places in a hotel, etc. In general, very narrow specialists. And the main idea of ​​this writing is that BIBLIO GLOBUS already in Moscow knew that the hotel we bought was NOT working. And not only did not warn about this, but also gave confirmation of accommodation and accommodation in it. Still, reviews are sometimes worth reading and it's better to play it safe. And it is even better to have a rest with reliable and worthy companies.
