"HOLIDAY" WITH THE LABYRINTH!

We met the New Year 2010 with my family in Finland on a ticket from the travel agency "LABYRINTH". Unforgettable impressions, one might say for a lifetime! We met the New Year for 211,000 rubles in a hotel room with an area of ​​​​approximately 20 square meters!

The only operator that gave a flight from Rostov-on-Don was the travel company "LABYRINTH". Moreover, a prerequisite for purchasing a ticket was payment for a festive New Year's dinner on 12/31/2010. After consulting, we decided to choose a more expensive dinner, we wanted a real holiday! We bought a ticket in advance (we have children of 6 and 8 years old) I really wanted to visit Santa, to celebrate the New Year in an unusual, fun way.

And here is December 30, 2010. we flew to Rovaniemi… The city is just a fairy tale, I have never seen such white snow, ice sculptures, and we were delighted with the park and Santa's village!

Having previously agreed with the representative of "LABYRINTH" Evgenia about a possible delay in the bus to the restaurant, on December 31 we are waiting at the hotel for Santa Claus with gifts that the children ordered in their letters, we sing songs to him, we recite poems, the children are in complete bliss! And now we are ready, beautiful, happy, in festive attire we order a taxi to a restaurant, BUT IT TURNS OUT THE RESTAURANT WHICH IS INDICATED IN OUR VOUCHERS NO ONE KNOWS, IT IS NOT ON THE MAP, IT IS NOT IN THE LISTS OF RESTAURANTS, IT IS NOT ON THE CITY WEBSITE, THE HOTEL EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW IT AND EVEN A TAXI SERVICE! We call the only number listed at the counter of the travel company "LABYRINTH", but he does not answer, and so on until 23:00. As a result, everything ended with a scandal in our family, frustration of children, misunderstanding of how they should sit in a hotel room on New Year's Eve.

The next morning, when asked why the name of the restaurant was incorrectly indicated on our vouchers, and also why there was no answer to our calls, the representative of the travel company "LABYRINT" said that all questions should be asked to the head office in Moscow.

Upon arrival home, I naturally turned to the tour operator with a request to return the money for the missed dinner. I REFUSED, WRITTEN THAT WE ALLEGED TO BE LATE FOR THE BUS???? But I'm asking for a refund for the transfer, I want a refund for dinner! It doesn't say anywhere that I have to take the bus, but the name of the restaurant on my unused voucher is written in black and white!

I THINK THIS IS A SCAM OF MY FAMILY, AND NEXT TIME I WILL PREFER TO REST WITH ANOTHER TOUR OPERATOR!
