In September, we used the services of the tour operator TUI and bought tickets to Turkey. At the stage of registration of vouchers and our payment, the smiles ended and we were no longer interested in the tour operator. Upon arrival in Turkey, the guide left us without even going to the hotel with us. On the way back we had to fly VIMAVIA, the flight was delayed for 13 hours. TUI, after repeated requests to provide us with a room, refused us this and we sat in the hotel lobby with three children from 12:00 to 4:00 in the morning. The guide did not get in touch, TUI shrugged us off for 24 hours, they did not warn us about delays, they just threw us. Upon our return, we wrote a claim to the tour operator, to which they did not even answer us. Forced to sue TUI for dishonest work and ruined vacation!
