I travel a lot, but this is the first time!
1. Accommodation at the Donatello 4 * hotel in the suburbs of Rimini is terrible. For the first time I see in a 4 * hotel, and even in Europe, disposable dishes for tomorrow, no salt shakers, salt in disposable cups!
2. Excursion in Turin was as much as 2 buses, ie. about 100 people and one old guide who barely spoke, and in the cathedral turned on a film with Russian captions about the Shroud of Turin !!! I ran through the central square for 30 euros and watched an uninformative film !!!. Pure scam!!! They settled in the prom. zone in Turin, if immediately when buying a tour it was written that hotels in the prom. zone or outside the city zone, I would refuse to travel.
3. In Switzerland, our guide Irina Khiluk dropped us off at a shopping center on the highway, because we did not take an excursion in Montreux, although she had to take us (who did not take an excursion) to Lausanne.
In Switzerland, instead of a 4 * hotel, we were settled in a motel (Park Inn), but it didn’t have a single star and we spent the night in it for 2 nights. motel on the highway, places in 400 village and everything, around the field and autobam!!! Now this is a real scam of a stupid operator !!! And our guide, foaming at the mouth, claimed that the hotel was 4 *.
5. In Venice, they wanted to give up the boat for 25 euros, because we realized that we were deceived, but Irina said that the tickets were bought and the money could not be returned!!! and when did she manage to buy tickets while riding with us on the bus?
6. Irina collected tips for the driver and guide herself and demanded 15 euros from each!!! imagine a bus of 50 people and multiply this amount, it turns out cool, for uninformative accompaniment and illiterate speech!
7. On the day of departure, we were taken by bus for half a day (we were picked up from the hotel at 10 am and dropped off at 4.20 pm in the Rimini shopping center). Because of 2 people who went on vacation to the sea, the remaining 48 had to spend almost 2 hours on the bus! They landed in San Marino for 2.5 hours.
By the way, contrary to what was said by the guides in San Marino, everything is very expensive to buy and they don’t give free tickets.
8. Guides on the way bring everything to "special stores" where everything is very expensive: food, alcohol, cosmetics (everything is also cheaper in duty free, I myself compared it on previous trips to Italy)
In general, if I had read so many negative reviews about this operator before, I would have refused to go. The trip turned out to be VERY expensive. Each excursion was paid extra!
