NEVER use the services of the Barnaul travel agency "OHOTA"
If you do not want to ruin your vacation and lose a lot of money, do not use the services of this company LLC "OHOTA"
In 2010, on April 19, we paid in full for the PRAGUE-CLASSICS voucher, the voucher from August 1. We also paid for an additional excursion to Vienna. Having taken the money, Okhota LLC informed us about the time of departure/arrival from Moscow,
also informing the airport, while concealing (I use this term, because further events showed that this was exactly the case) from us that the departure time could be changed. Several times we specified the time of departure and arrival, because we had to purchase a ticket for the Moscow-Barnaul plane. Travel agent Maria assured us that there were no changes and gave, she gave, the go-ahead to purchase tickets. In the terms of the contract, it is written that the travel agent must inform the tourist about all changes.
So, on July 9, the flight of the plane delivering tourists to the Czech Republic and back was changed (7.10 hours later), the airport (Vnukovo to Domodedovo) was also changed ... We learned about the change only on July 22, and we wouldn’t know if we ourselves did not come to Okhota LLC for documents. “We must inform you about all the changes a day in advance,” proudly declared employees of Okhota LLC Maria and Natalya Ivanovna Belousova. They also assured us that these might not be the last changes. After my indignation at the work of the agency, N.I. Belousova assured me that they would personally inform me about the changes one or two days before August 1, but I never received any message from her ... None of the employees of Okhota LLC considered it his duty to apologize to us. So N.I. Belousova began her speech like this: "I agree with you - this is a disgrace ...".
Miraculously, we managed to purchase tickets for the Moscow-Barnaul plane, but the difference in the cost of one ticket turned out to be 4 thousand, all this only caused a smirk from the agency staff. But that's not all that we had to experience through the fault of Okhota LLC. In Barnaul, the travel agent Maria gave us a tour plan, but in Moscow, 2 hours before departure, a representative of the NEVA company gives us a completely different tour plan, in which we will visit Vienna on the same day and visit the KUTNA HORA castle (excursion to all day). At the same time, the travel agency also had to convince the travel agency for a refund for services not provided, although the representative in Prague from "NEVA" told us that the company knew this even during our trip. We understand that our vacation was spoiled not only by financial punishment, but also deprived of the most important thing: we will not get those impressions for which we paid and eat, spending money and time.
