Good day everyone! I would like to share my impressions of Auto-Line Travel services. Maybe it will be useful for someone .... To begin with, I stopped at this company only because they only had a tour to the Breeze Hotel. I paid a fee, two weeks before departure they call and say - there is no Breeze and will not be, choose another or take the money (benevolently so :)). I chose another hotel - on the street. Marine, 6A. Air-conditioned room with bathroom and TV. Firstly, upon arrival, they waited 2 hours for check-in (not very pleasant after a 30-hour journey). Well, oh well, it happens .... Marina (administrator) immediately told us not to eat in the room (even fruit). The room was so musty and damp! We were not given a remote control for the air conditioner for two days ("look, it's there".....). Already later, when I threatened to call the agency, they gave. By the way, the neighbors had the same situation, only they asked for three days. NO hot water! On the site they write - two bathrooms per floor, nothing like that, one toilet per floor.
We really had a bathroom in the room, but the toilet bowl was leaking there!!! An eternal stinking puddle under our feet. Well, okay, we think, we’re like a common one, and it’s even worse there .. There are no chairs in the rooms, towels (small, for the face) asked, asked, it’s useless .. the road was charged ... I wasn’t going to write, but the last straw was that we were ordered to leave the room at 08:00, the bus at 12:00. Well, okay, we think, let's take a walk .... (by the way, they were kindly allowed to leave the suitcases on the street). The bus picked us up at 4:30 pm. All this time we sat outside and waited (but we could swim). And I still called the manager at the agency to find out when the bus would arrive (the driver's phone was turned off). How rudely the manager spoke to me. Her phrases began: "So, girl, you know what ..." It's hard to convey the tone ... Like, go to ....
In general, I understood why there are no towels, remote controls, toilets are leaking - because the agency just doesn’t give a damn about it .... So, dear travelers, if you want a bunch of disappointments, go ahead to Auto-Line Travel and choose Morskaya, 6a. And P.S. Not disappointed, as always, one thing - the SEA !!!!! Because it is in itself, not from the company::))
