From the beginning of the order of the tour and until the return from it to Moscow, there was a complete mess and hassle! Several times "Voyage-Service" changed the dates and prices of the tour - upwards, of course! Yes, and nasty to the fullest!!!! Following us, threats to cancel all transfers rained down, they called us freeloaders, etc. They nevertheless deceived us with the category of the room (they booked a room with a category lower than we paid for). Now let's go to court. In general, I recommend contacting "Voyage-service" to everyone who lacks NEGATIVE in this life!
Everything described by the previous author fully applies to the organization of our tour, it is not worth listing everything in a new way. It only happened 3 hours before departure...
The negative feedback I left on the site of this company was deleted by them after 2 hours.
I hope not to meet such an unprofessional team again, and I do not advise others either!!! But it's time to end the impunity of such figures!
