We are writing at the request of more than 20 people from our tour to warn all compatriots from Russia. A guide Julia Lyakh works in Thailand - in no case do not take vouchers from her. She was at the Chanalai Garden Resort, but she may well work at other hotels. Despite the fact that the price of excursions is 2-3 times too high (leave the Chanalai hotel, to the right - compare prices in a tent) - obligations on them are not fulfilled, Yulia, when telling a story, adds from herself what is not included in the tour, and when it turns out that you will not receive anything like this - the money is not returned. Julia assigns arbitrary prices, there are no price lists, she sold a ticket to one couple for 4 (!) times more expensive! Moreover, when problems arise (and they will be for sure - everyone who lived in the hotel from December 30, 2014 to January 8, 2015, Russian tourists) simply disappears. We ourselves had to solve all the problems, including those with a rescheduled flight to Moscow for 15 hours, check-in at a temporary hotel, etc.
If someone is injured, call the Anex-Tour hotline in Thailand, write complaints about it, as we did, people like Y. Lyakh should not work with tourists!
