We bought an excursion to Krasnaya Polyana from the Biblio Globe and ruined the whole impression of the trip to Sochi. It was not an excursion, but a uniform mockery of tourists! The excursion program was not completed due to bad weather in the mountains, but instead of changing it or returning, the tourists were kept for 3 hours in the cold and rain, and then another 2 hours on the bus! We were with two small children, and I still remember this day with horror.
Attempts to get explanations and compensation from the Biblio Globus ended in nothing, they don’t care about the opinion of tourists at all!
