We arrived for the tour on 02.05.
The hotel was chosen for a long time and carefully, the first coastline was fundamental, the proximity of the beach, good views, food, and most importantly, it was a convenient time for departure and arrival, since we were traveling for the May holidays, we tried to include the maximum number of days.
The manager strongly recommended to us the "beautiful 5 * hotel My home" on the first line, literally 5 minutes to the beach along the path.
Convenient departure 7.05 at 2.50 and back 13.05 at 19.30, according to our plans, it turned out 6 nights and 7 days on the seashore.
What actually happened:
1- Plane tickets were sent to us only at 20.00 on the day before departure, along with information that the flight was postponed from 2.50 to 10.00, then in the morning our manager called us that the transfer was now at 14.00, and we took off from Pulkovo airport at 16.30. those. 13 hours later than planned.
2 flew more than 5 hours on a fairly old plane that was constantly shaking.
3-as a result, we arrived at the hotel only at 23.
00, where after the road we were offered drinks and milk soup. They brought us to someone else's room, not cleaned where, the bellboy could not understand what was happening and where to take us.
4-first day - meeting with the guide, we were told about cases that are not covered by insurance and began to actively sell excursions to us .... being led by colorful stories, we signed up for a hammam, this will be point 5)
5-hammam - we were collected on a bus by a group of 15 people and brought to a public bath with a stream of groups, where 10 minutes were allocated for each stage, then the next group was loaded into (sauna, jacuzzi aroma room, etc.), on the water slides and in the pool sea water (very cold).
Hammam itself - 10 minutes, peeling - 5 minutes, foam massage - 5 minutes (all this on a large stone for 4 people, despite the fact that water from under everyone pours onto a stone, oil massage - 15 minutes
The result is a sore throat. scratched leg and discomfort.
6- the sea and the promised first line - it is not the first, not the second, and not even the third, go to the sea for 8-10 minutes at a calm pace along the drain ditch 2 meters wide and the most charming thing is that the water from this drain flows directly into the sea and voila on the beach of the hotel.
In general, I also wrote reviews about the hotel.
The 7th flight back was scheduled for 19.30.....13.05 the whole day before we had not seen and could not catch our tourist guide. and only when we looked at the flight schedule did we understand why .... our flight was postponed to 8.00 i.e. 12 hours earlier than promised and no one considered it necessary to inform.
8- return back on the same old plane, instead of 4 hours announced. flight was 5.
9-no quality control of the trip and tracking of tourists by the company.
In general, one negative -24 hours of rest, terrible planes and guides on the spot.
Plus, false information provided about the hotel by the travel agency itself.
