We rested from the Anex tour in Spain. There are no questions for the tour operator, the hotel, the transfer, the attentive attitude towards tourists - everything is wonderful, but the work of the hotel guide, namely Anna Bondar, is just a disgrace. If you don't take a tour, you'll be ignored until the end of your vacation. Once she appeared at the hotel and no longer answered any calls or messages. I was especially surprised by the lack of information about the departure from the hotel, no specification of the flight number, no information about the transfer, all questions in the messenger were also completely ignored. Disgusting work.
