We bought a New Year's tour of Yaroslavl-Kostroma for a child - to Alyosha Popovich and the Snow Maiden. Difficulties arose even at the stage of acquiring railway tickets (they bought them separately from the company for the train on which everyone was supposed to travel. A day after buying the tickets, the travel agency agent said that the whole group was traveling on another train - much later. Since such as we were 9 people, then after pretty much getting on our nerves, the tour company still settled this issue with the host and we went on excursions for half a day separately from the main group. But the train arrived at 6.50, and we were met only at 7.30 - 1.5 hours with children in a cold waiting room). Then they settled us in the evening at the Kolos sanatorium near Kostroma - a terrible situation from the times of the USSR, half of the rooms are very cold (it was -30 outside) - some people slept in a coat. The rooms are dusty and dirty, I am already silent about the mattresses.

When we were settled - the children rushed along the corridors just like that for 2 hours - no organization of leisure. We got up early in the morning, because the tour was supposed to be early. Dressed with packed suitcases, they waited for the bus for 2 hours - the agent who came with us was sitting with her husband reading a book with complete indifference, saying that the bus was frozen. At the same time, half of the people left on time on the first bus, and the second bus arrived only after 2 hours, absolutely not warmed up. To our question: “Why such a cold bus after a two-hour warm-up?”, The driver replied that he warmed up for only half an hour, since our tour on his route starts only at 11 o’clock, and not at 9, as we were told. for some reason they didn't tell us about it. The food in the sanatorium is a nightmare - the children ate almost nothing. In short, the impressions of a two-day trip, to put it mildly, are so-so.
