Fooling People Over Early Booking!!

We flew with the TUI tour operator for early booking!!! It was the first and last time!!! They promise super conditions, early departure without additional payments, transfer of the tour date, refund if the price drops!! But all this stop acting 14 days before the date tour!! We were rescheduled for 8 days departure from 1.50 to 16.00 on May 11, and the return flight from 18.00 to 11.00. We are from the Dnepropetrovsk region. , we take flights from Kyiv because of the convenient time !!! But what they arranged for us with two children 5 months. , and 8 years old! No tour operator has ever done this before! Before that, we flew with Joyne, Anex, Tez Tour! When they started asking to reschedule with our tour manager, they didn’t even want to communicate! posts and call on the burned lines!! After that, they only answered, asked to shift the departure date by one day! Or change the city to Kharkov! the wind rose canceled the night plane! Our travel agent called the carrier and asked why the flight was canceled, they said that they hadn’t canceled anything! They say they didn’t cancel anything on Joint Up, but believe me, we flew with him 3 times 2 perfectly, the last one was reduced only 4 hours ago! I understand everything but beautiful promises in January we paid the entire amount at once!! We went to Kyiv because of the worst departure times that we just had!! The most slanderous and dishonest tour operator!!. 50! And the most annoying love who bought a ticket cheaper flew with convenient flights!!! We were told the company would send a detailed answer to the question why so?! Answer: Contact your Travel Agent!! With whom they only began to communicate only after our complaints and calls! Goats!! I will never go with them again and I will recommend everyone not to go !!
