I bought a tour in mid-July, I chose the tour through the operator Solvex-Travel, made an advance payment. At the end of August, I paid for the tour in full, before that I asked the girl if everything was fine, if the tour was paid, the answer was positive. The flight was supposed to be on September 10, but on September 8 Solvex collapsed, I myself called the girl who sold me the tour (although they had to call me), she prepared the documents for me, but they didn’t have an agreement between Solaris and Solvex and she couldn’t give it to me to give. In general, I went to stand in line at Solvex, the first day I stood and on the second I got to the tour operator, they looked at everything and said that Solaris had not paid for the tour, although I had paid for the ticket in full a long time ago. I began to call the director of the travel agency Elena, she began to say that everyone had paid that they would send payments, as a result they were sent an hour later and the tour operator Solvex did not confirm them.

As a result, the director invited me to write an application for a refund of the full cost of the tour, it was September 9, according to the contract, the money is returned within 10 days. Already September 19 and the money is not returned, they say next week. I am filing a lawsuit in court. There is nothing left to do.
