She transferred the money, after which they did not sign the contract with me, they did not provide a supporting document for my repeated requests (payment by bank transfer). In addition, the confirmation was delayed for five days, despite the fact that the tour operator had free rooms for the days of the planned departure. Five days later, representatives of the company began to promote us to pay for a more expensive hotel. Rudeness and unprofessionalism on the part of the employee has been going on for the sixth day. The money has not been returned to this day. Think well before contacting the travel agency "my planet". At the moment, I have already confirmed the trip, signed a contract and brilliant service and professionalism from another travel agency.
